The importance of family relationships in the villages of Maramureş
Abstract
Customs and traditions of Maramureş villages wich have been preserved is due in large
part social ties. Research relationships of kinship organizations Maramureş means a
deeper understanding of traditional culture.
The organizations is responsible for the creation and continuation of traditions, habits
of each region and locality. Each community has its particularities of its own and the study
of kinship relations becomes important to understand the traditions and changes in time
and to find the reason for wich they should continue.
On the other hand, the entire system of customs, traditions meet human needs interior,
and the village people was far more complex than modern man fails to understand.
